The owner serves dishes made with Taiwanese Tilapia, and the tilapia fishes he uses are bred in his own fish farms and fed with natural fish feed. The fish farms are very clean as the owner takes care not to contaminate the farms with poultry waste. The owner can make over 200 types of tilapia fish dishes, and customers must call in advance to make a reservation. Each customer only needs to pay NT$300 and can enjoy tilapia dishes to their hearts' content. It is no wonder why the store remains popular as the fishes are very fresh and tasty.
