Blueprint Cultural & Creative Park(藍晒圖文創園區)

Since the disappearance of Blue Print (藍晒圖) on Hai'an Road (海安路), the Blueprint Culture & Creative Park (藍晒圖文創園區) has come to replace it. Located in the Old Judicial Dormitory(舊司法宿舍) area, it is a 3D blueprint nighttime art installation with bright lights throwing dazzling white lines on a blue wall, and an old tree lit by a yellow light. Located opposite the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi (新光三越), the Blueprint Cultural & Creative Park has been a popular spot packed with young people since it opened. The unique little stores inside are well worth a look, and the painted wall and art installations in the public area are also popular photo opportunities in the park, tempting many tourists to linger.

While walking through the West Central District of Tainan, I stumbled upon the Blueprint Cultural and Creative Park and was very pleasantly surprised to find this multi-block area with brightly painted buildings and wall murals nestled in the midst of a bustling commercial area. There are lots of interesting shops and places to grab some refreshments, and the public art scattered through the village is inspiring and fun.

Visited the place as it is located opposite my hotel, Hotel Cozzi. Went during the evening and the place looks nice due to the lightings. Would recommend people to go in noon if you going for photo taking purpose. There are about 3 to 4 shops in the area and then nothing much. There is a Shin Kong Mitsukoshi located opposite it. Nice place to visit if you are heading for a shopping trip around the area.

Great place for a quick stop or to spend a longer time browsing the independent art stores. Interesting street art and unique place for photos.
