Most relaxing place in Taiwan! And my skin was never smoother! This is a unique place you need to visit in Taiwan. There are only three hot springs like these in the world! And the facilities in this hotel are the perfect environment for enjoying them. We stayed in a “Tuscany quadruple room”, which was lovely. Huge room with all the amenities you would expect: sitting area, complimentary water, tea and coffee, electric kettle, toiletries, slippers, AC, TV, closet space. The private patio on the front of the room was the best part: two private tubs, one with muddy hot spring water, and the other with cold water! And also and outdoor shower, and sitting space for relaxing. The spa was beyond our expectations: huge swimming pool where you can go with kids, hydrotherapy room with a lot of high pressure water amenities to try, steam room, sauna, and of course, so many hot springs tubs to choose from! There are muddy and clear water hot and cold spring at many different temperatures, some of them also have some beauty herbs inside. There is also a relaxing area to use different machines to help you relax and improve your blood circulation, and many facial masks with natural products to choose from! My skin was looking better than ever! They also have onsen japanese style where you can go naked to the hot springs (divided by sex). There’s also an area to have some light meals and relax. It’s all surrounded by nature so relaxing here is very easy. As you are in a very quiet place, they include dinner and breakfast so you don’t have to go out. Both meals are super abundant and very yummy! Also, after you check out, you can continue to use the spa if you enter there before 11am. In the spa there’re lockers and showers, so I highly recommend you check out after breakfast and go in time to the spa to make the most out of your visit. The staff was also super nice and helped us arrange our transportation to our next destination. We’d love to come back here in the future!

Mandatory stop in Taiwan! Most relaxing days of my life!Oh my God! This place is Heaven! This should be a mandatory stop in your trip across Taiwan. The hotel is amazing, the room is big and comfortable and the buffet breakfast they provide is delicious and never-ending. There is a lovely patio where you can relax reading some book. The staff is warm and kind, and helped us understand everything. And the spa is simply perfect. You have so many options to choose from, so many things to do and relax. There is a wide variety of termal pools at different temperatures, jacuzzis, saunas, face masks, machines to relax your legs, stretch your back, it goes on forever. I believe if you spend two or three nights here you will end up feeling new. Completely recommend it! Our best time in Taiwan! Thank you so much for making us feel so relaxed!
Just not for usThankfully we only stayed one night. Went with friends who visit here frequently. We had our own bungalow which overlooked a tank-farm and car park. The room was infested with ants and mosquitoes. Not a comfortable seat in the place. All night we were kept awake by the sound of insects being zapped on the exterminator. The tv in the lounge area had extremely poor reception on each channel. Breakfast was fully Asian and not to my liking at all. Strict dress code in the pool area. My swimming shorts did not comply with their requirements. Old, faded, past its best by twenty years.

Enjoyable way to spend an arvoWe came for an afternoon, and as we hadn’t brought our swimming gear, opted for the descriptively titled “Nude hot spring”. That is to say the segregated facilties which are much smaller than the outdoor mixed facilities. We had a very enjoyable time. Two mud-based hot springs, and one cold bath - and a steam and dry sauna. Three showers and a sitting area, including a balcony for the smokers. An extra star awarded for having a complete brochure of the facilities in English... and without a single typo in it!
Hot springWhen you goes to Taiwan, the trip is not completed without a hot spring. We chose this place and there is an entry fee to access the public hot spring. Lockers are provided free and loaning of towel need a 200 twd security deposit per person. The place have a good mixture of hot springs and moreover they also provide free facial mask and equipments for usage. Total spend around 2hrs there, at first we wanted to go private pool but it is fully booked and thus we decided to go public, the price is not that different. Hot shower is provided and hair dryer and comb are provided as well. Highly recommended.
